Michael Kelly, MS, C-NMT, CSCS, CCS

Michael KellyMichael Kelly is the Chief Performance Officer for the Performance Edge and is the Director of Sports Medicine at LifeBridge. He serves as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Crystal Palace USA, Baltimore’s professional outdoor soccer team. He is a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, National Strength and Conditioning Association-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and member since 1989, Certified Post-Rehabilitation Specialist and a Certified Acceleration Facilitator. Jeremy Alter, PT, CSCS

Jeremy is a graduate of the New York University School of Physical Therapy, and is currently working towards his Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy degree at the University of Maryland- Baltimore.  Jeremy is also a National Strength and Conditioning Association, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is currently working on a Sports Therapy certification in conjunction with the North American Sports Medicine Institute and the University of St. Augustine. Leslie Dawson, MS, ATC

Leslie is the Sports Medicine Coordinator for LifeBridge Health. She will be working with the Sports Medicine Director enhancing the Sports Performance Center, as well as developing coach’s clinics.  She will also be supervising the Certified Athletic Trainers working with LifeBridge Health in area high schools.   Finally, Leslie will be out in the area, marketing LifeBridge Sports Medicine, including The Athletes’ Edge, to area coaches, athletic directors, and recreation leagues. Tim Hendren, CSCS

Tim graduated from Hammond High School in Howard County where he was a 4 year, 3 sport athlete.  He was captain of the Hammond baseball team for 2 years, and earned All-County honors twice. He then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at Salisbury University.  He graduated with his BS in Exercise Science in 2003 and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Tammie Zeilinger, CNA, CPT, CGET

Tammie ZeilingerTammie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and has never stopped furthering her education.  She is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), a Certified Group Exercise Teacher (CGET), and is a 500Hr registered Yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance.  Tammie hosts two weekly, syndicated television fitness programs. Mia Heefner

Mia is a graduate of Howard Community College and an AFAA certified personal trainer with LifeBridge Health & Fitness. She is a certified group exercise and kickboxing instructor and has 21 years of experience in functional strength training which will translate well into Sports Performance training. Billy Wunderlich

Billy is a recent graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and is currently pursuing his National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification. More about Billy >>
