Here, an athlete undergoes a six-session introduction to various facets of sports training. Having a firm understanding of each of these areas is essential for an athlete to be able to attain his or her peak performance levels. Total Sports Fusion – DevelopmentalSuccess depends on the fusion of many talents, and this program offers the best of all options. Athletes will have the ability to learn proper warm-up, acceleration, deceleration and multi-directional movement drills. In addition, athletes will also be taught linear speed drills, full treadmill, strength and flexibility, core training, introductory Pro-Vibe, and cool-down techniques. This 18-session program has been developed for athletes ages 11-14. Total Sports Fusion – CompleteMuch like the Developmental program, this 18-session program offers the best of all options. However, the complete program adds sport-specific training, which will allow you to work on training techniques that are specifically designed for your sports.
